WHAT'S IN IT

60 ml American Mustard Gin
120 ml tonic water
15 ml pickle brine
Lemon slice

HOW IT'S MADE
  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Add gin and pickle brine.
  • Top with tonic water and stir gently.
  • Add a lemon slice
  • Optional: Garnish with a gherkin or dill spear on a skewer.
WHAT IT'S LIKE

The saltiness of the pickle brine accentuates the savoury notes of the mustard gin. It's a classic culinary flavour combination - it's just that no-one has thought of drinking it before.
