HOW IT'S MADE
  • Add the Gin, Lemon and Mint Leaves a highball glass with ice
  • Add the dashes of mint bitters
  • Add a large dash of soda
  • Garnish with a mint sprig
WHAT IT'S LIKE

Like a mojito, but renamed for the dominant mushroom botanical in California Dreamgin’. Also very minty, as a result of the mint.
